I went to DeKalb on Sunday to shoot the gymnastics meet for fun with my friend Percy. He was INCREDIBLY kind to allow me to fiddle around with some really stellar lenses - MANY thanks to you my friend!! Let's do this again soon!!

WONDERFUL job to all the girls who competed. Made me REALLY miss the sport!!!

This is my first stab at sports photography. I really do wish that the lighting was a LOT brighter in the convocation center - I think so many more photos would have turned out than what I ended up with. I hope that this will be the start of a new mini project of mine involving the sport of gymnastics. Here are just a few of what I took...
