Jon & Kayla

Prior to today, I'd only spoken to Kayla via email and telephone. She asked me to do the photography for her wedding that will take place in the U.P. of Michigan this August.

I met her and Jon, her fiance, at Jon's parents' house this morning. The three of us headed to Cantigny Park in Wheaton, IL to shoot some engagement photos. The weather was absolutely gorgeous! The way that Kayla and Jon interacted was indicative of a wonderful future together for the two of them.

Jon and Kayla, I am truly looking forward to your wedding! See you again in August!!

I first met Gaby and Hoss at my friend Kiran's baby shower. Both Gaby and Kiran have since given birth to their babies. I was very honored to have had the opportunity to photograph some of the first photos with the new little guy.

The three of you make an adorable family! It was my pleasure working with you. Congratulations on the birth of your son!! :)
