I remember the first time I met Carly. We spent the greater part of a day waiting for entrance at a Nine Inch Nails concert. It was a rather hot day, and she, our mutual friend, Sara, and my friend Jason were all struggling with the hydration vs bathroom usage battle.

Anyway!!!

Carly asked me if I would shoot her wedding day for her - I have to say, I was extremely excited about it all week :) It was beginning a fresh new start for my photography. I LOVE having an assistant, and will never shoot again otherwise :)

The wedding and reception took place at Astoria Banquets in Buffalo Grove, IL. The ceremony started around 11:30am, and the reception ended at 4pm. I LOVED that Carly's day was formatted this way!!

Carly and Dan, I truly wish you the best of luck, a lifetime of happiness, and a safe and happy move to Arizona. Oh and Carly, you're the coolest bride to date for playing Nine Inch Nails for dinner music!
