_______________

I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep until I posted some of the photos that I took today... well, yesterday actually. It is 5:10 am, and I've FINALLY finished putting together my favorite photos from today.

I first met both Leah and Anne back in high school. The three of us were in choir and theatre productions together. We just recently reconnected, and have become so close in just a short matter of time.

Leah and Anne have always been close friends since the high school years. They've shared so many life experiences together, including the birth of their children and other triumphs and heartaches in life. I am so lucky to call these two women my friends as well.

The two of them have truly been the most amazing people, constantly watching out for me as life threw a few curve balls my way. I am forever grateful to each of them for everything they've done, and will undoubtedly continue to do for me (as is their nature).

Leah will be relocating her four children to live with her husband, Joe, in Kansas as he continues to serve our country in the military. It really is sad to see them leave... I am so glad that I got to spend the day with them to say goodbye, and to capture some wonderful memories.

It was a HUGE blessing that the crummy weather cleared up for a little while to make way for blue skies and beautiful clouds.

Leah - you're such a treasure to me. I love you dearly, and am looking forward to so many years of friendship to come (and MANY trips around the world too!). Good luck to you and your family!! I'll be seeing you very soon :)

Anne - you too mean so much to me already since the past few months of reconnecting. I'm very much looking forward to spending more time with you, laughing, and growing our renewed friendship :)

Thank you both so very much for watching over me. Love you both!
